On this page, is pricing for our Total Home Care Package based on square footage of your house.
When booking regular cleaning, the first appointment must be booked as an initial appointment, and billed by the hour at our regular rate.
With Hourly Rate Cleaning, our team cleans your home weekly, every other week or once a month for a flat rate as shown below.
The initial clean may take between 3 and 16 hours.
On the initial clean, we only charge for work performed. The required cleaning times we suggest below are based on what we’ve seen in actual client homes. These times are estimated and your home may require less (or in some extreme cases, more) time for the initial cleaning.
Under 1000 square feet
Initial clean estimate: 3-6 hours
1001-1500 square feet
Initial cleaning estimate: 4-7 hours
1501-2000 square feet
Initial cleaning estimate: 4-8 hours
2001-2500 square feet
Initial cleaning estimate: 6-9 hours
2501-3000 square feet
Initial cleaning estimate: 8-10 hours
3001-3500 square feet
Initial cleaning estimate: 8-12 hours
3501-4000 square feet
Initial cleaning estimate: 8-13 hours
*Initial cleaning prices can not be combined with any other percentage discount.
*These times are used as a guideline when setting up your cleaning service. We only bill for actual cleaning time, so if we don’t require the full time allotted, your bill will be less. If we regularly go over the allotted time by more than 10%, we will contact you to discuss extending your cleaning time. Every home is different, so we make adjustments as they are needed.
